Competitions at Focus Education

All competitions are held in-person at our centre in Rosedale, Auckland. Students MUST bring their own device to our centre in order to sit the exams online. No physical paper tests are available.

Big Science

Big Science registrations: $40 each

Big Science International Science Competition: Wed 6 May, 4:30pm (Registrations close 27 April)

The Math League

Math League registrations: $25 each

• Math League Year 7-9: Sun 22 February, 1pm (Registrations closed)
• Math League Year 5-6: Sun 19 April, 1pm (Registrations closed)
• Math League Algebra: Sun 19 April, 1pm (Registrations closed)

AMT Competitions

AMT registrations: 1 at $25 each, 2 for $40, 3 for $55, all 4 for $65

• KSF Maths Kangaroo: Wed 25 March, 4:30pm (Registrations closed)
• CAT Computational and Algorithmic Thinking: Wed 20 May, 4:30pm (Registrations close 15 May)
• CC Coding Challenge: Wed 18 June, 4:30pm (Registrations close 13 June)
• AMC Australian Mathematics Competition: Tues 4 August, 4:30pm (session closed). Wed 5 August, 4:30pm (80 places). Thurs 6 August (20 places). (Registrations close 31 July)

If you want to register multiple children for competitions, please complete a separate entry form for each child.

Refund Information: Please note that there is no refund for any cancellation after the registration closing date.
